As a member of the Consumer Protection Association, we are able to offer full deposit protection cover as well as our 10-year guarantee insurance back for full peace of mind when using Landmark Windows.

The CPA deposit protection scheme is insurance for the deposit you pay to secure the work to be carried out on your home. This insurance covers a deposit of up to 25% of the agreed price with the company or £7,500, whichever is the lesser.

Covid-19 Full and Comprehensive Window Service.

Firstly we would like to thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.

We are still offering a Covid-19 full and comprehensive window service following government safety guidelines. The following information on this page will underline the processes in place to take your windows from survey to installation during Covid-19 and highlight the procedures in place to ensure you and your home are protected.

Covid-19 Window replacement and installation service

1. Follow the “ make an enquiry now! “ link below to fill out a small questionnaire and details so one of our Window Experts can call you.

2. Once we receive your details we will contact you for an initial consultation in order to talk you through any questions that you may have and get an assessment of the project.
Once we have discussed your project in greater details we are then often able to quote work based on photos sent via email or arranged free survey if needed.

3. Once the quotation is accepted we will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your installation date within an 8-10 week lead time. As a member of the Consumer Protection Association, we are able to offer full deposit protection cover for full peace of mind.

We will then arrange a site visit where we will observe strict social distancing procedures and take measurements as necessary.

Landmark Windows are committed to ensuring the safety of our staff and clients. To this end, we have set in place a number of protection measures. Our team of joiners, surveys and fitters have all been trained on the following measures and will abide by the full safety measures below to ensure the safety of your family and home.
