The Importance of Accreditations

At Landmark Windows, we are committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish, and we have the same expectations of our installation partners which is why we place importance on accreditations to ensure consistent standards are met and exceeded.

One accreditation we encourage our installation partners is ‘Which? Trusted Trader’

An accreditation which echoes honesty, integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

Landmark Windows have been manufacturing our own sash windows in Essex since Steve, our founder started the business in 2003. We since became a member of Which? Trusted Trader in December 2019 after successfully undergoing its accreditation process.

We are also very conscientious about our supply chain and how we manufacture our sash window frames. This is why we are ‘Passionate about Heritage’ and consideration towards sustainability, efficiencies and the environment.

We became a ‘Which? Trusted Trader’’ to further demonstrate our commitment to high standards in our own joinery.

All the sash windows we produce are specifically measured, designed and manufactured to each client’s individual requirements. From providing access to expert systems and processes to manufacturing, delivery & best class customer service.

Other accreditations which we also recommend are:

  • Fensa
  • CPA (Consumer Protection Association)
